Reunion 2015: Where It All Began

On August 25, 2014, during the advance birthday lunch get-together for Doc Lu Lo at "The Porch", the idea of a Feb 2015 reunion project was conceived with Susan Villafranca as Team Leader. All those present agreed to  be  team members by default.

A. Those Present:

B. As much as this is her brainchild, Susan Villafranca will act as Team Leader with the following       as in-charge of:

1. Finance - Linda Cristobal/Dorri Santos/Josie Sy Ang (collection and safe keeping of funds)
2. Food & Venue - Josie Sy/Doc Lu Lo/Malou Domingo (arrangements)
3. PR - Abe Espiritu/Godelia Esguerra/Jing Valdelleon (info dissemination, distribution and feedback)
4. Secretariat- Malou Domingo/Chuchi Estanislao (pre and post Reunion records keeping)

C. Details taken up last August 25, 2015:

1. Planned Dates  - Friday, Feb 20, 2015 and Saturday, Feb 21, 2015 (subject to confirmation)
2. Planned Activities
    2.1  Feb 20-   Bagac, Bataan
    2.2. Feb 21 - Music and Dancing at "Mismo"

3. Financial Considerations:

         - Cost of Out of Town Trip, including Food, Transportation, Entrance Fees
        - Cost of Mismo Party  including Venue, Food and Drinks

D. How the reunion will be financed

1. Forty eight (48) Rotary Tickets arranged and care of Josie Sy Ang will be provided. 48 Booklets at
    2,500 per booklet, is projected to gross the  Team with PhP120,000.00
2. PhP20,000.00 will be returned to the Rotary as their share.
3. The balance of PhP100,000.00 will be the Team's share to finance the Reunion.

* Please note that this is not an official Batch70 activity; but  open to all batch mates willing to join.

* After appropriate consultations, planning will be carried out by each and every team member,  grouped in two's or three's.
